From stylish city-centre weddings and industrial warehouse celebrations to beautiful countryside venues across Greater Manchester, NØOK Booth brings a modern, understated photo booth to weddings, parties and events across Manchester and the surrounding area.

Manchester knows how to throw a party.

A wooden device with a small screen and a megaphone attached stands on grassy forest ground with tall trees and sunlight streaming through the leaves.

Our handcrafted wooden photo booth is designed to feel at home in venues where the details matter. No oversized booth, no flashing lights and no boxy corporate feel, just beautiful photographs, great lighting and an experience your guests will genuinely want to be part of.

Whether you’re planning a wedding in Manchester, a celebration in the Northern Quarter, a party in Ancoats, an event across Cheshire or a wedding further out towards the Peak District, we’d love to be part of it.

Manchester Wedding Venues

We’re lucky to have some brilliant venues on our doorstep. From stylish city-centre spaces and converted industrial buildings to beautiful countryside settings, here are a few Manchester and surrounding-area wedding venues worth knowing about.

A photo booth strip with three images of a blonde woman in a white wedding dress against a black background. The strip has the text "J & G" at the top and the date "22.1.26" at the bottom. Taken by Nook booth Photo Booth.
City skyline at sunset with tall skyscrapers, a domed stadium, and cranes in the background.

The Lowry Hotel

A stylish city-centre option on the banks of the River Irwell, The Lowry combines modern interiors with a relaxed, understated feel, a natural fit for the NØOK Booth.

NØOK TIP: With a venue this polished, less is definitely more. Keep the booth styling clean and let the photographs and personalised print design do the talking.

The Monastery Manchester

A truly distinctive setting, The Monastery combines beautiful historic architecture with dramatic interiors and plenty of atmosphere.

NØOK TIP: Think about where your booth sits within the room. A good position can make it part of the celebration without distracting from the architecture.

Merrydale Manor

Set in the Cheshire countryside, Merrydale Manor combines a modern, elegant feel with beautiful outdoor surroundings, making it a great option for couples wanting something a little more exclusive.

NØOK TIP: Make the most of the evening. Once dinner is finished and everyone has relaxed, the booth becomes a great way to keep guests mingling and create some of the more spontaneous photographs of the day.

A photo collage featuring four individual portraits of a young man with short hair wearing a black t-shirt. The collage includes the words "The Hanson’s" in cursive, and the date "12.06.25" underneath. The background of the collage is white, and it is set against a black backdrop.

Kimpton Clocktower Hotel

A Manchester landmark with Victorian grandeur, original features and a choice of beautiful spaces, including the Winter Garden and Terrace. It works particularly well for couples wanting something elegant but with plenty of character.

NØOK TIP: With so much character already in the building, keep the booth simple. The natural wood finish works beautifully alongside the hotel's original features without competing with them.

Victoria Warehouse

One of Manchester’s best-known industrial wedding venues, Victoria Warehouse brings exposed brick, original features and plenty of character.

NØOK TIP: Industrial spaces already have plenty going on visually, so a simple wooden booth can add warmth without taking away from the character of the venue.

A contact sheet with four photographs of a young man wearing a black t-shirt, standing against a plain light background. The photos are arranged in a 2x2 grid, showing slight variations in his pose. The top left corner of the sheet has the initials 'T M' and the date '17.04.26' in black text.

Owen House Wedding Barn

Just outside Manchester, Owen House is a beautiful Cheshire barn venue with a relaxed, rustic feel and plenty of natural character.

NØOK TIP: Rustic doesn't have to mean lots of props. The natural wood of the NØOK Booth works beautifully in countryside settings without making the space feel overly themed.

The Midland Hotel

Right in the heart of Manchester, The Midland combines historic architecture with a more traditional sense of occasion. With a range of spaces, it can work just as well for an intimate celebration as a much larger wedding.

NØOK TIP: A venue this classic calls for timeless rather than trendy. A clean print design with your names, date and a subtle border can look fantastic alongside the surroundings.

Photoboard featuring three pictures of a woman in a white tank top and jeans, with text reading "James & Katy" and the date "12.06.25". Taken by Nook booth Photo Booth.

The Castlefield Rooms

Set amongst the canals and historic buildings of Castlefield, this is a great option for couples looking for something with a little more relaxed, urban character.

NØOK TIP: Castlefield already gives you a brilliant backdrop. Position the booth somewhere guests naturally pass through, rather than hiding it away in a corner.
